FIRST aid
Parents, grandparents, and care-givers- join us for an evening of
learning and laughing. Learn the newest standards in CPR and First
Aid, all focused to caring for infants and children in an emergency.
Topics include: CPR, choking, fever, seizures, does it need stitches?,
head injuries, allergies and EpiPens.
Taught by a certified CPR Instructor and Emergency Room Nurse.

Toastmasters is a great way to both improve

speaking skills, but also a great way to have fun with
humorous topics, word plays, table topics, and watching
some great accomplished speakers. Offering great
technique to the beginner as well as just learning from
others or sitting back and listening to a wonderful collection of both entertaining and informative speeches. For
