Upcoming Council Meetings, Agendas
Typically, the Springfield Council meets regularly on the first and fourth Tuesdays of each
month at 6:30 pm and on the second Tuesday at 10:00 am. Generally, planning
matters, including public hearings, are most often dealt with at the first
meeting of each month. Dates, times and even venue may change from time to time.

You may make a presentation to Council at any regularly scheduled meeting
provided prior arrangements have been made with the Municipal Office by 10:00 am
the Friday before a meeting.
